Reaching Out Seminar : Home Safety and Fall Prevention Workshop - 19 May 2012

This seminar will provide participants with a multi-faceted approach to learning about what causes falls and how one can make their home environment safer to prevent falls. AMK-THKH’s experienced team of therapists will also provide participants with practical and effective exercise tips they can practice at home.
