Admission Procedures
Admission to AMK-THKH is by referral only. A copy of the referral form can be downloaded from here.
Based on the choice of ward accommodation and upon admission, patients and their families will be given
information on the expected hospitalization and medical bills, Medisave withdrawal limits and the cash deposit to
be made for the hospitalisation.
To help you make an informed choice, we do provide financial
counseling for you. You may call our Care and Counseling team
at 6450 6284.
Things to Bring for Admission
Following are the required documents to bring along for admission:
» Patient’s NRIC or Birth Certificate (if under 15 years old)
» Passport, Employment Pass, Work Permit or Social Visit pass
(for foreigner)
» Civil Service Card or Employer’s Letter of Guarantee if the bill is to be settled through employer’s coverage
» Supporting documents for verification if using a family member's Medisave account
Deposits and Payment
You may pay your hospital bill and deposit by cash, cheque, credit card or NETS. Payments can be made by
mail for cheques or in person either at the ward or our Business Office during office hours. |
