What To Bring For Your Stay
We recommend that you bring the following personal items for your stay.
» A set of clothes
» Toiletries such as comb, toothbrush and toothpaste, soap or bath
   lotion, shaving kit, etc.
» Comfortable non-slip shoes
» Miscellaneous items like dentures, eyeglasses, hearing aids,
   face towel, etc.

Things to Bring For Your Admission
Following are the required documents to bring along for admission:
» Identity card (or passport for a foreigner)
» Employment Pass or Work Permit (for non-Singaporean's)
» Insurance Card or Employer's guarantee letter
» Supporting documents for verification if using a family member's
   Medisave account

Your Valuables
We request that you do NOT bring excessive cash or other valuables. If you have these items when you are
admitted, please arrange for them to be taken home or hand them to the nurse-in-charge for safekeeping.
